The virtual trade fair project was created in response to the growing interest and demand of exhibitors for the latest technological solutions. The premiere of the event will take place during this year's edition of the Marketing Festival on September 12-13 in Warsaw.

The project shows that today square meters do not have to limit the exhibitor - virtual reality gives new opportunities to present at the booth everything we want. Not only products, but also the headquarters of the company or the course of the production process.

The virtual reality technology company Extend Vision will also present at its stand (stand G14), where you can take part in the project Stand 4.0 - the solution has been awarded the Gold Medal competition.

The project is an extension of the traditional trade fair stand. The use of VR technology and 360º image allows you to present your company's products or services that could not physically be placed on the stand. High possibilities of user interaction through virtual reality allow you to carefully view the product or trace the production or assembly processes. The unlimited surface of the image allows you to invite the visitor to the environment of the company, showroom or production hall. The optional interaction in the form of gamification adds a stand of attractiveness and associates the felt positive emotions with the brand.

In the presented project, a user moving around the stand and interacting with objects can get acquainted with the offer of exhibition systems and stands, and then "visit them" thanks to 360º technology. The element of gamification is the task of launching the stand at the start of the fair, such as the inclusion of multimedia or the arrangement of leaflets. There is also an educational aspect - the Participant's attention is turned to the basic issues that he should remember as an exhibitor.
