Terms of Service

TERMS OF SERVICE FOR "BRIEF" AND "CONTACT FORM" SERVICES

 

  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

 

1.1. By using the "Brief" or "Contact Form" services, the user accepts the provisions of these Terms of Service.

1.2. The service provider is Extend Vision with its registered office at ul. Kamienna 43, 31-403 KRAKÓW, entered into the National Court Register under number 0000103098.

 

  1. CONDITIONS FOR ORDERING THE SERVICE

 

2.1. The services can be used by correctly filling out the form available at www.wystawa.pl.

2.2. The service provider is not liable for lost, damaged or incorrectly entered applications.

2.3. If at least one of the pieces of information required in the form is not provided or does not meet the accepted requirements, the application will be considered incorrect and removed, and thus will not be processed. Similarly, if any of the pieces of information is found to be false, the application will be considered incorrect and removed.

2.4. Each subscriber bears full liability for damages in regard to Extend Vision in the case of any actions of third parties directed against Extend Vision in connection with providing inaccurate data when ordering the "Brief" or "Contact Form" services.

2.5. Extend Vision reserves the right to change or modify these Terms of Service for the use of the "Brief" or "Contact Form" services at any time without prior notice and informing about such changes or modifications, by placing an updated version of the given document on the website.

 

  1. SUBJECT OF THE SERVICE

 

3.1. The subject of the service is contact of the Extend Vision sales representative with the customer, visit of the Extend Vision sales representative at the customer's premises, sending to the customer a complete set of information about Extend Vision products or providing the customer with a password to a special section of the Extend Vision website.

3.2. The scope of the service is chosen by the customer by selecting the appropriate fields in the application form.

 

  1. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

 

4.1. By clicking/marking the "I agree to the Terms of Service" option on this website, the customer unambiguously accepts the rules specified by these Terms of Service.

4.2. The customer using the "Brief" or "Contact Form" services at the same time agrees to the indefinite use and processing of the data provided, i.e. e-mail address, first name, last name, company name, industry, telephone number, fax number, address and other operational data ((IP) address, information about the computer and connection, such as browser type and operating system version, traffic analytics, interaction history, full sequences of uniform resource locators (URL) in traffic to, within and from the Extend Vision websites pages used to provide services for the purposes of advertising, market research and analysing the behaviours and preferences using the results this analysis for the purpose of improving the quality of services provided by Extend Vision and including them in the database maintained by Extend Vision in the form of non-anonymous data. This consent is voluntary. Personal data related to the use of the "contact us" or "password-protected page" services will be stored in the Database of customers of the "contact us" or "password-protected page" services, processed and used for the purpose of implementing the above-mentioned services by Extend Vision. The customer may at any time request access to their personal data and their modification, by sending a request in writing to Extend Vision at the aforementioned address.

4.3. The subscriber consents to the electronic transmission of commercial information about Extend Vision products in accordance with the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services and the use of collected data for contacts via e-mail to inform about new products, services or promotions or to answer questions, process orders, individualise and expand the website and other Extend Vision services or for individual communication in connection with the "Brief" or "Contact Form" services.

4.4. Extend Vision will process data until the end of the provision of the "contact us" or "password-protected page" services.

4.5. Extend Vision ensures data transfer via a secure internet connection.

4.6. Extend Vision adheres to the principle of respecting privacy. Personal information provided by a given person during registration while using Extend Vision services will not be disclosed to any third parties. The customer agrees that entities associated with Extend Vision, service providers and other subcontractors providing services related to Extend Vision, and associates have access to the subscriber data needed for the provision of specific services. At the same time, the above entities that fulfil the relevant functions have accepted appropriate confidentiality obligations when dealing with the personal data of the customer or the information provided by the customer.

4.7. Extend Vision will place information on the subscribers' computer enabling the identification of the subscriber's computer. This information is commonly known as "cookies". Cookies are widely used by many websites. This information, indicating how and when subscribers use the Extend Vision website, can be helpful in continually improving the Extend Vision website and its services. Extend Vision will use cookies to access the information on the hard disk that has been placed there by the cookie from the Extend Vision website

4.8. Extend Vision will not monitor or disclose any personal data or information of this nature posted by the subscriber on the Extend Vision website, unless it is required by law, legal requests of authorities or as part of the processes with the participation of Extend Vision to protect and defend Extend Vision's rights, protect the personal security of subscribers, Extend Vision's customers or public security. The customer hereby authorises Extend Vision to disclose to the executive bodies or other government authorities any information about the customer that Extend Vision deems necessary or appropriate or required by the authorities at its sole discretion.

4.9. Extend Vision may, at the request of the subscriber or on its own initiative, supplement, correct or delete any incomplete, inconsistent or obsolete personal data stored in connection with the "Brief" or "Contact Form" services.

 

  1. UNSUBSCRIBING FROM SERVICES

 

5.1. The customer may at any time opt out of the service, block the access password, and thus withdraw the consent for the use and processing of personal data. You can unsubscribe in writing , sending to the following address: Extend Vision, ul. Kamienna 43, 31-403 KRAKÓW, the full first and last name of the customer and e-mail address or sending an e-mail to biuro@extendvision.pl, providing the full first and last name of the customer and the e-mail address.

5.2. In the event of a breach by the customer of these Terms of Service or any conditions and rules related to other services, or submitting a false statement or other improper conduct, Extend Vision may terminate the provision of services without prior notice.

 

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND LIMITED WARRANTY

 

6.1. Extend Vision does not guarantee permanent availability of webpages or their flawless functioning, except for the reservations contained in the following provisions.

6.2. Extend Vision is not liable for periodic lack of access to the www.wystawa.pl website, as well as for delays, data loss or for damage caused during the transmission of data from the website to the subscriber and from the subscriber to the website.

6.3. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Extend Vision is not liable for claims for non-performance or improper performance of the contract, tort, negligence or other claims resulting from:

  1. a) Loss of profit, revenues, reputation, expected savings or data; or
  2. b) Any indirect or secondary loss or damage.

 

  1. OTHER PROVISIONS

 

7.1. Extend Vision reserves the right to change, modify or withdraw access to services rendered at any time, without or with prior notice and without liability, unless the terms and conditions for a particular service provide otherwise.

7.2. The invalidity of any of the provisions of the Terms of Service shall not preclude the application of the remaining provisions. A valid provision will be applied in place of an invalid provision, the meaning of which is closest to the purposes and effects of these Terms of Service.

7.3. The user may not use the Markings appearing on the Website in any way without the written permission of Extend Vision, unless the applicable generally applicable laws provide otherwise.

 

  1. COMPLAINTS

 

8.1. All complaints can be filed in the form of an e-mail at biuro@extendvision.pl. Such a message must contain the first name, last name and e-mail address of the customer, in addition to the content of the complaint.

 

  1. FINAL PROVISIONS

 

9.1. These Terms of Service are the only document defining the rules of using the service.

9.2. Extend Vision reserves the right to change or modify these Terms of Service for the use of the "Brief" or "Contact Form" services at any time without prior notice and informing about such changes or modifications, by placing an updated version of the given document on the website.
